What are you building right now, and what does it make possible that wasn't possible before?
I'm building a practice that incorporates different types of legal services, growing my client footprint in the US and Latin America. Becoming familiar with the needs of the cross border market has allowed me to grow and anticipate the needs of my clients.

Who carried you, and what did they teach you that you still use every week?
Knowing that my clients trust me is my biggest motivation! On daily basis I spend time having deep conversations with my clients that allow me to understand their needs and work on a holistic approach.

Surround yourself by people who complement your skills and experience. I couldn't have gotten here by myself. I have a great team, and we complement each other to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Adelante means forward. Where are you taking your function, your company, or your industry next?
My goal is to continue to grow Casanueva Law in an organic way, taking advantage of the tools technology offers. The legal industry is changing, and Casanueva Law will continue to adapt to a new environment, while providing a service that feels more human than commercial, at a competitive price.
