Fifty Hispanic and Latino leaders across legal, people, finance, technology and operations at launch, and more recognized every week for the next thirteen months. Your words, not ours. A card that is yours, and a full feature if you want one. A year of amplification. Every place on the list accepted, never bought.

This page is a living record. New leaders, full features, and the conversations around them join it through the month and across the year. What is here now is the beginning, not the whole.
Names appear here the moment a leader accepts. The first fifty went live on 15 September, and new leaders join in a drop every Tuesday. Nominations stay open to 15 October 2027, by our editorial team or by anyone, and later acceptances join the list as they arrive. The later the nomination, the shorter its run inside this edition; every nomination is reconsidered each year.
Five questions, answered in your words, become your card. Or take the feature: a forty-five-minute conversation, editor-written and yours to approve line by line, then republish anywhere.
A designed card on the Adelante page, and in your hands the day it goes live, for your feed, your team, your newsroom. It links to you, not to us.
Series pages, the homepage, the app and our channels bring readers back for a full year, not a news cycle. Theirs was an event; this is a running record.
In fall 2027, Adelante becomes a printed coffee table book: the year of leaders, chapter by chapter, in one object made to sit in lobbies and boardrooms. Every recognized leader is named in it, and our editors look to the full stories first when they choose its pieces.

Every leader added to this page is named in the 2027 Adelante book, and our editors choose the pieces it carries. The site is the live edition: open it and turn the pages, or browse the shelf below. Each shelf is a chapter, each spine a leader, and the empty slots are the places going up next Tuesday.
Every leader on these shelves is named in the book. The pieces it carries are our editors’ choice, and the full features are where they start.
Between the chapters sit reflections from the leaders themselves, gathered on The Floor in their own words. The editors choose which ones go in, and none goes in without its writer’s approval. The book carries the conversation, not just the roster. See the room
Partners are named in the printed book by the level they support: the title page, the chapter dividers and the partner pages. No partner shapes a single leader's page, in print or online. See the places in the book
The 2027 book is made possible by the organizations that stand beside it. Every level of support has a named place in print, and none of them touches a leader’s page. Pick a place to see the full option.

Hundreds of leaders over thirteen months, 15 September 2026 through 15 October 2027. Every one arrives through a private portal that also collects their photographs, the peers they nominate and the firms they trust, and turns the willing ones into full features. Recognition is editorial and free, decided before any of this is offered. Partners stand beside all of it. Every level includes the level below it, the ad unit grows as you go up, and there is one presenting seat.

Named in the 2027 book, by your level. Support at any level and your organization is named in the Adelante coffee table book: the presenting partner on the title page, chapter partners on their chapter divider, year and alignment partners on the partner pages. No partner reviews or approves a single leader’s story, in the book or online.
Ask about the bookTrusted partner, no fee. If a leader on this list names your organization as a firm or advisor they work with, it can be listed as a trusted partner of the campaign for the whole thirteen months. Listed by name, with no logo, no ad unit and no charge, and never for sale. Every listing is approved by us before it appears, and named on the trusted partners page of the 2027 book.
Ask to be listedEditorial independence is absolute. Recognition is free and never depends on any partner. Partners are named in the book by their level of support, and never shape who is recognized or what any leader’s page says.
Trusted partners of the campaign, aligned with its mission
Listed by name at no charge. A listing is not a sponsorship and buys nothing editorial.
Production windows. A partner puts a leader forward and we produce that leader as a full feature, within ten business days of approval, three a month across all partners. We decide what runs. The story is free to the leader, approved by them line by line, and carries no partner mark. Nomination is a door, never a guarantee.
Selection is never for sale. Partners buy branding and promotion. They never buy editorial, placement in anyone's story, or the decision to publish, and no partner is ever tied to a named leader. Every leader on this page approves their own words in full. Anyone who wants to contribute a quote to the campaign can do that for free.
Four hundred forty-nine leaders were nominated by Counsel Collective's editorial team, from our own relationships, from public recognition by the Hispanic National Bar Association, ALPFA, HITEC and the Latino Corporate Directors Association, from readers, and by the recognized leaders themselves through their own portals, and nominations stay open to anyone for the whole of the run. Every leader on the page chose to be on it.
No fee, sponsorship or purchase is required or accepted for inclusion, and no partner has any say in who appears. Counsel Collective is funded by advertising across the site, never on anyone's story. That is the reason it exists.
Everyone recognized in Adelante is invited into a private exchange: a short set of questions, chosen by our editors, that only people who have led can really answer. The editors draw on the answers leaders approve for the 2027 book. This is a window onto that room.
Recognized leaders answer a short set of questions here, and the editors draw on the answers they approve for the 2027 Adelante book.
