Effective Date: March 28, 2026 | Last Updated: March 28, 2026
Welcome to Counsel Collective (“CC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a brand of 248 LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at counselcollective.org, our platform at counselcollective.app, and all related services, content, and features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Our Services
Counsel Collective is an executive network and publishing platform that amplifies leadership stories and facilitates peer connections across industries. Our Services include editorial features, executive recognition series, networking tools, and related content.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for professionals and business audiences. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of our platform may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Editorial Content and Features
Participation
Participation in Counsel Collective editorial features (interviews, profiles, series placements) is always free. Editorial placement is never contingent on sponsorship, payment, or any commercial relationship.
Content Ownership
When you participate in an editorial feature, you grant Counsel Collective a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and promote the resulting content across our platforms and channels. You retain ownership of your personal story and professional narrative.
Accuracy
You agree that information you provide for editorial features is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to fact-check, edit for clarity, and make editorial decisions about content presentation.
5. Sponsorship and Advertising
Our platform includes sponsored content and partner placements. Sponsorship amplifies distribution and visibility — it never gates or influences editorial content. All sponsored content is clearly identified.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Misrepresent your identity, professional credentials, or affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
